<title><![CDATA[滋膚通便減肥湯]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<strong>配料:</strong><br /><br />冬菇50克，菠菜一斤，薑片、上湯、鹽、糖各適量。<br /><br /><strong>操作:</strong><br /><br />一、先把冬茹浸軟，然後剪去冬菇腳，再把冬菇切片；<br /><br />二、菠菜切段；<br /><br />三、先在熱鍋放點油，爆香薑片，接著放入冬菇及上湯煲開，轉為文火再煮15分鐘；<br /><br />四、放入菠菜煮開至熟；<br /><br />五、放入鹽糖調味即成。<br /><br />一點小小建議，另減肥更有效：“先將冬菇洗淨，之後將浸泡過冬菇的水放入湯內一齊煲，（減肥）效果更好。因為冬菇水有去脂的功效。此外，菠菜的根不要去掉，因為很多營養都在根部，只要多洗幾次，沙就會清洗去的。<br />]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<strong>配料:</strong><br /><br />丹參、何首烏，北沙參各15克，白糖適量。<br /><br /><strong>特色:</strong><br /><br />補腎養胃，生津填精，活血通脈，抗老祛病。適宜於肺腎陰虛兼有瘀血證者飲用。對於高血脂、血液粘度增高的中老年患者，尤具活血養心減肥之效，是宜於長服久飲之保健茶飲。<br /><br /><strong>操作:</strong><br /><br />上藥加水適量，煎至800毫升即可。<br /><br />每日1劑，分3-4次飲用，可酌加白糖調味，或燉湯代茶用。]]></description>
